As an API Certified Training Provider, RDC continues its commitment to the industry by establishing best practice standards and assuring clients of market-driven learning and compliance solutions that meet the API's standards for excellence and quality.

RDC's planning, development, and evaluation processes meet or exceed the requirements established by the ASTD Certification Standards Committee. Developed to exacting standards, RDC's e-learning modules are instructionally sound, compatible with asynchronous web-based standards, and excel in usability. RDC's modules represent the largest body of e-Learning content ever certified by the ASTD for excellence and quality and we are one of only eight vendors to have an entire library certified.

Our Instructional Design experts have earned the ASTD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Certification. The CPLP competency testing process requires candidates to pass both a rigorous knowledge exam and a work product assessment. The certificate authenticates real world, practical expertise that can be readily applied to the current work environment. This credential certifies RDC's ability to both design learning and transfer knowledge.

This certification ensures high quality training content and enables learners to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) based on the successful mastery of learning modules. With RDC's learning modules, learners can receive credit from degree-granting colleges, universities, and professional associations.

Foster Wheeler and RDC have formed a strategic collaboration to develop a series of online learning and knowledge management solutions specifically for Foster Wheeler process technologies. These custom, process-specific solutions provide immediate operational benefits to process industry clients and support safety and compliance initiatives. The first in the series is the KnowledgeWeb™ for the Foster Wheeler SYDECSM Process, a comprehensive knowledgebase of Foster Wheeler's Selective Yield Delayed Coker process technology.

SME EF

RDC is proud to announce our support of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Education Foundation (SMEEF) and its newest initiative to bolster U.S. Manufacturing - PRIME (Partners Response In Manufacturing Education).  The PRIME program will establish six model school systems to be located in Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Chicago and Dayton, OH.  The primary objective will be to give students hands-on exposure, earlier in the education pipeline, to the many career opportunities that exist in several manufacturing segments.
